Additional help for those who need it

We offer additional help to those who are elderly, disabled or living with a long term illness and we keep a register of these customers in order to offer that help.
Anybody can ask on behalf of someone else for them to be added to our register free of charge. The benefits of being on the register include:

  • Alternative bill formats e.g. large print, Braille or talking bills
  • Move gas and/or electricity prepayment meters if they are inaccessible
  • A password scheme so you know that when you are contacted by Flow we are who we say we are
  • Sending bills and statements to another person
  • Reading meters quarterly (if no person occupying the premises is able to read the meter)

Your Water company can also provide you with similar services.
