Tariff details

No-one reads the small print.

But we think you should. Ours explains exactly why our tariffs represent such great deals - for our energy-only customers and for our Flow boiler customers too.

The Flow MSM & MSE Exclusive Fixed March 2018 tariff offers a fixed price guarantee that prices won’t go up before April 2018.

This tariff is only available through moneysupermarket.com and moneysavingexpert.com

There is an exit fee of £20 per fuel if you change your supplier or tariff before 10th February 2018 unless you move home.

This tariff is available to domestic customers managing their account online at https://your.flowenergy.uk.com/ and who pay by monthly fixed Direct Debit.

This tariff is not available to premises supplied through a prepayment meter.

These terms are in addition to and do not replace Flow Energy Limited’s terms and conditions for supplying gas and/or electricity which also apply. If at any time you do not meet any of these eligibility criteria or do not comply with the terms of the Flow MSM & MSE Exclusive Fixed March 2018 tariff, we may transfer you to our Variable tariff.

Payment will be by Direct Debit commencing around 2 weeks after we start supplying you and on the same day each month after that (or the working day after if it is a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday).

The prices are on the basis that you pay by Direct Debit. Please make sure that you have enough money in your account on the date when we take the Direct Debit payment. If you don’t have enough money, we will contact you to discuss how you can pay. If we need to change the amount that we collect each month, we will give you at least two weeks’ notice. We review the amount that we collect at least once a year.

The prices are on the basis that you provide us with an up to date email address and that you provide us with meter readings when requested.

Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to 31st March 2018 unless the Government or Ofgem prevent us from doing so.

We will contact you in February 2018 to let you know what will happen after 31st March 2018. This tariff is only available to dual fuel customers with single rate or Economy 7 electricity.

The actual unit rates that you’ll be charged when you use gas and electricity on the Flow MSM and MSE Exclusive fixed March 2018  are in the tables below, along with the daily standing charges. You’ll notice that you get charged different rates depending on where you live in the country. This is because energy supply companies like Flow get charged different amounts by the transmission networks to deliver gas and electricity in different parts of the country. So we have to build that into our prices. Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to March 2018. If there’s anything you don’t understand, then please contact us.

Tariff Comparison Rates

Ofgem have introduced a Tariff Comparison Rate (TCR) as part of their “Retail Market Review”. This isn’t the actual price you will pay. It’s used in a similar way to the annual percentage rate (APR) the financial industry uses. Our TCR table is below, followed by tables displaying our actual unit rates and standing charges.

If there’s anything you don’t understand, then please contact us.

Tariff Comparison Rates

Ofgem have introduced a Tariff Comparison Rate (TCR) as part of their “Retail Market Review”. This isn’t the actual price you will pay. Instead this is designed to let you easily compare energy prices across all suppliers by combining the daily standing charge with the unit rate. It’s used in a similar way to the annual percentage rate (APR) the financial industry uses. Our TCR table for the Connect 11 tariff is below.

Region Single rate (p/kWh) Two rate “Economy 7″ (p/kWh) Gas (p/kWh)

Flow’s Connect 10 tariff offers a fixed price guarantee that prices won’t go up before October 2017.

There is an exit fee of £30 per fuel if you change your supplier or tariff before 12 August 2017 unless you move home.

If at any time you do not meet any of these eligibility criteria or do not comply with the terms of the Connect 10 tariff, we may transfer you to our Variable tariff.

Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to 30th September 2017 unless the Government or Ofgem prevent us from doing so. We will contact you in August 2017 to let you know what will happen after 30th September 2017.

This tariff is only available to customers with single rate or Economy 7 electricity.

The actual unit rates that you’ll be charged when you use gas and electricity on the Connect 10 Tariff are in the tables below, along with the daily standing charges. You’ll notice that you get charged different rates depending on where you live in the country. This is because energy supply companies like Flow get charged different amounts by the transmission networks to deliver gas and electricity in different parts of the country.

Our TCR table for the Connect8 Tariff is below.

Flow’s Connect7 tariff offers a fixed price guarantee that prices won’t go up before October 2017.

There is an exit fee of £30 per fuel if you change your supplier or tariff before 12 August 2017 unless you move home.

If at any time you do not meet any of these eligibility criteria or do not comply with the terms of the Connect 7 tariff, we may transfer you to our Variable tariff.

Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to 30 September 2017 unless the Government or Ofgem prevent us from doing so. We will contact you in August 2017 to let you know what will happen after 30 September 2017.

This tariff is only available to customers with single rate or Economy 7 electricity.

The actual unit rates that you’ll be charged when you use gas and electricity on the Connect7 Tariff are in the tables below, along with the daily standing charges. You’ll notice that you get charged different rates depending on where you live in the country. This is because energy supply companies like Flow get charged different amounts by the transmission networks to deliver gas and electricity in different parts of the country. So we have to build that into our prices. Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to September 2017. If there’s anything you don’t understand, then please contact us.
