As a Customer Account Manager within the Metering Team, you will work closely with other departments and peers to provide an effective, passionate and responsive customer service experience from end to end. This is a hands-on role working in a fun, fast-paced and proactive environment. You will be required to communicate with customers via email and over the phone, ensuring excellent quality of service and being the friendly face of Flow to all of our customers.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at Flow Energy in Ipswich, Suffolk. 37.5 hours per week ( Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 8.00pm) based in Ipswich , Suffolk
