Customer Account Manager


An excellent opportunity has arisen at Flow Energy to join our growing Customer Services team as a Customer Account Manager. Working as part of this close-knit team, you will be in a customer-facing role, communicating with our customers on a daily basis to provide information and updates on our exciting new products and services, resolving queries and ensuring the highest standards of service.

You will be given the chance to learn more about the energy industry and our energy-efficient products, whilst being a part of an exciting new venture as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call handling and resolving customer enquiries by telephone or email
  • Providing an information service to current and future customers on services and products – offered by Flow
  • Maintaining electronic and written records of letters, customer information and customer feedback
  • Providing quotations to customers, ensuring optimum accuracy of information at all times

Skills/ Experience

  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer services or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of the utility industry advantageous


This is a permanent, full-time role based at Flow Energy in Ipswich, Suffolk.
