The results are in, and we’re delighted to have been awarded Which? Recommended Provider status in the latest Which? annual energy company satisfaction survey.
First things first, we’d like to thank all our customers, who have given us a Which? customer score of 73%, significantly higher than the overall industry average of 53%. And then we’d like to thank Which? In assessing our suitability for this accolade, Which?, the consumer champion, spoke to our customers and looked at our policies, pricing, communications, customer service and complaint handling. After detailed analysis they were happy to award us Recommended Supplier status – one of only two energy suppliers to receive the award.
Our aim is always to deliver incredible value to our customers but this doesn’t just mean delivering great prices (although that’s the first thing we do, of course!). It also means providing fantastic customer service so that we save you money and make you smile.
The teams in the customer service department are always on good form but they were particularly happy this morning. They work hard every single day to make sure our customers get the best possible service and being awarded this accolade illustrates how successful they are. But, of course, we won’t stop here. We’ll now push on and keep improving our service so that we can continue to prove being with Flow is, simply, better.
