All energy companies say they have great service…

But rather than say it ourselves, we prefer it when other people say it – particularly the most well-respected consumer champions.
Flow ended 2016 as the only Which? Recommended Provider for energy. And we were highly rated for the 3rd year running in the 2017 Which? annual energy customer satisfaction survey, the results of which were released in January.

We’re number 1 for customer service

Then there’s Citizens Advice. Citizens Advice compare all energy companies in five categories to assess who’s really delivering for customers on more than just price alone. In the most recent results released in March 2017, showing performance from October – December 2016, Flow came joint first.

How do we do it? There’s not really any secret to it. We just concentrate on delivering the best possible outcome for our customers. We don’t slavishly follow process or stick to the rules. We just work out what’s best for you and then work out how to make it happen.

You have to look at more than just price when choosing an energy provider. The cheapest suppliers on the market often have huge call waiting times and the poorest of reputations for customer service. The biggest suppliers, famously, manage to combine poor service with high prices! But Flow is right in the sweet spot – fair prices that are significantly lower than the most expensive prices from the Big Six suppliers, and genuinely outstanding customer service.
