Flow is a Which? Recommended Provider for energy 2016 based on the quality of its customer service, which is an award we’re incredibly proud of.  But then we knew that our customers were happy with our service – in a recent survey, 97% of our customers said they’d recommend us. And a recent survey from the Citizens Advice Bureau backs this up too.  Take a look at the stats in the table here and you’ll see how few customer complaints we get compared to other energy companies.  We genuinely feel that if Which?, Citizens Advice and our customers all agree that we’re providing a great service, then we must be doing something right.
