The Flow boiler comes with a five year manufacturer’s warranty on the boiler itself. It also comes with a five year warranty on the electricity-generating power module inside the boiler. However, the warranty on the power module will be extended for up to 10 years if you continue to stay with Flow for your home energy, making sure your boiler keeps on generating well into the future.
Flow provides repair and maintenance services via a network of knowledgeable, technically gifted and courteous Gas Safe registered engineers across the country. Any Flow engineer who visits your property will have undergone rigorous product training and will be an expert on the Flow boiler. And, of course, they’ll work to ensure that they service or fix your boiler with the minimum of disruption. We offer a 24 hours a day, 363 days a year service. So as well as a ground-breaking, electricity-generating boiler, we’ll also provide you with complete peace of mind.
Flow provides two customer service teams. The technical team are on hand to answer any technical queries you might have about the boiler – anything from setting the timer to how the electricity-generating power module works.
