The Flow Daisy July 2019 Green tariff offers a fixed price guarantee that prices won’t go up before July 2019.

This tariff is available to domestic customers managing their account online at https://my.flowenergy.uk.com/ and who pay by monthly fixed Direct Debit. This tariff is not available to premises supplied through a prepayment meter.

There is an exit fee of £30 per fuel if you change your supplier or tariff before 13th May 2019 unless you move home.

These terms are in addition to and do not replace Flow Energy Limited’s terms and conditions for supplying gas and/or electricity which also apply.

If at any time you do not meet any of these eligibility criteria or do not comply with the terms of the Flow Daisy July 2019 Green tariff, we may transfer you to our Variable tariff.

Payment will be by Direct Debit on the same day each month (or the working day after if it is a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday).

The prices are on the basis that you pay by Direct Debit. Please make sure that you have enough money in your account on the date when we take the Direct Debit payment. If you don’t have enough money, we will contact you to discuss how you can pay.

If we need to change the amount that we collect each month, we will give you at least two weeks’ notice. We review the amount that we collect at least once a year.

The prices are on the basis that you provide us with an up to date email address and that you provide us with meter readings when requested.

Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to 30th June 2019 unless the Government or Ofgem prevent us from doing so. We will contact you in May 2019 to let you know what will happen after 30th June 2019.

This tariff is only available to customers with single rate or Economy 7 electricity.

The actual unit rates that you’ll be charged when you use gas and electricity on the Flow Daisy July 2019 Green tariff are in the tables below, along with the daily standing charges. You’ll notice that you get charged different rates depending on where you live in the country. This is because energy supply companies like Flow get charged different amounts by the transmission networks to deliver gas and electricity in different parts of the country. So we have to build that into our prices. Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to July 2020. If there’s anything you don’t understand, then please contact us.

The Flow Rose Fixed May 2019 tariff offers a fixed price guarantee that prices won’t go up before May 2019.

This tariff is available to domestic customers managing their account online at https://my.flowenergy.uk.com/ and who pay by monthly fixed Direct Debit. This tariff is not available to premises supplied through a prepayment meter.

There is an exit fee of £30 per fuel if you change your supplier or tariff before 12th March 2019 unless you move home.

These terms are in addition to and do not replace Flow Energy Limited’s terms and conditions for supplying gas and/or electricity which also apply.

If at any time you do not meet any of these eligibility criteria or do not comply with the terms of the Flow Rose Fixed May 2019 tariff, we may transfer you to our Variable tariff.

Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to 30th April 2019 unless the Government or Ofgem prevent us from doing so. We will contact you in March 2019 to let you know what will happen after 30th April 2019.

This tariff is only available to customers with single rate or Economy 7 electricity.

The actual unit rates that you’ll be charged when you use gas and electricity on the Flow Rose Fixed May 2019 tariff are in the tables below, along with the daily standing charges. You’ll notice that you get charged different rates depending on where you live in the country. This is because energy supply companies like Flow get charged different amounts by the transmission networks to deliver gas and electricity in different parts of the country. So we have to build that into our prices. Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to May 2019. If there’s anything you don’t understand, then please contact us.

There is an exit fee of £30 per fuel if you change your supplier or tariff before 10th January 2019 unless you move home.

Payment will be by Direct Debit commencing around 2 weeks after we start supplying you and on the same day each month after that (or the working day after if it is a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday).

The prices are on the basis that you provide us with an up to date email address and that you provide us with meter readings when requested.

Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to 28th February 2019 unless the Government or Ofgem prevent us from doing so. We will contact you in January 2019 to let you know what will happen after 28th February 2019.

The Flow Hollyhock 2020 tariff offers a fixed price guarantee that prices won’t go up before January 2020.

There is an exit fee of £30 per fuel if you change your supplier or tariff before 12th November 2019 unless you move home.

This tariff is available to domestic customers managing their account online at https://my.flowenergy.uk.com/ and who pay by monthly fixed Direct Debit. This tariff is not available to premises supplied through a prepayment meter.

These terms are in addition to and do not replace Flow Energy Limited’s terms and conditions for supplying gas and/or electricity which also apply.

If at any time you do not meet any of these eligibility criteria or do not comply with the terms of the Flow Hollyhock 2020 tariff, we may transfer you to our Variable tariff.

Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to 31st December 2019 unless the Government or Ofgem prevent us from doing so. We will contact you in November 2019 to let you know what will happen after 31st December 2019.

This tariff is only available to customers with single rate or Economy 7 electricity.

The actual unit rates that you’ll be charged when you use gas and electricity on the Flow Hollyhock 2020 tariff are in the tables below, along with the daily standing charges. You’ll notice that you get charged different rates depending on where you live in the country. This is because energy supply companies like Flow get charged different amounts by the transmission networks to deliver gas and electricity in different parts of the country. So we have to build that into our prices. Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to January 2020. If there’s anything you don’t understand, then please contact us.

This tariff is available to domestic customers managing their account online at https://my.flowenergy.uk.com/and who pay by monthly fixed Direct Debit. This tariff is not available to premises supplied through a prepayment meter.

These terms are in addition to and do not replace Flow Energy Limited’s terms and conditions for supplying gas and/or electricity which also apply.

If at any time you do not meet any of these eligibility criteria or do not comply with the terms of the Flow MSM Fixed September 2019 tariff, we may transfer you to our Variable tariff.

Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to 31st August 2019 unless the Government or Ofgem prevent us from doing so. We will contact you in July 2019 to let you know what will happen after 31st August 2019.

This tariff is only available to customers with single rate or Economy 7 electricity.

The actual unit rates that you’ll be charged when you use gas and electricity on the Flow MSM Fixed September 2019 are in the tables below, along with the daily standing charges. You’ll notice that you get charged different rates depending on where you live in the country. This is because energy supply companies like Flow get charged different amounts by the transmission networks to deliver gas and electricity in different parts of the country. So we have to build that into our prices. Prices include VAT at 5% so will appear different to figures shown on your statement and are fixed to September 2019. If there’s anything you don’t understand, then please contact us.

Tariff Comparison Rates

Ofgem have introduced a Tariff Comparison Rate (TCR) as part of their “Retail Market Review”. This isn’t the actual price you will pay. Instead this is designed to let you easily compare energy prices across all suppliers by combining the daily standing charge with the unit rate. It’s used in a similar way to the annual percentage rate (APR) the financial industry uses. Our TCR table is below, followed by tables displaying our actual unit rates and standing charges.
