"Go with the Flow"

I had been with my previous supplier since 1968 (far too long I have since realised) and when I decided to attempt to change I came across Flow on the internet. I contacted Flow and after an initial glitch on my part I was ably assisted by one of your staff. This person whose name I cannot recall helped me with every step of the process and in no time at all the change was instigated. This was in May/June 2014 and everything went smoothly. Earlier this year I contacted Flow again to see if there was any chance of a cheaper tariff and the rest is history. I once again cannot praise your company and staff enough, as I previously said many people have a fear of changing their supplier but to them I would say "Go with the Flow".

I have recently switched to 'Flow' and just needed to say how incredible their customer service team are. I'm in my 60s and have never before experienced such friendly telephone contact regarding energy providers or any other type of company contacted via telephone. I have never felt 'rushed' and everything has been explained in simple terms, making my change over so easy. I can't think of any other company who would have so much time for me. And then there is the amount of money I'm saving compared to other suppliers! As you can probably tell I am extremely impressed and will be recommending Flow to all friends and family.
